This is day 3 of getting up at 5:30 in the morning to walk on the treadmill...it's early! Motivation from a friend is keeping me going and I love seeing how many calories are burned - in my case I relate calories burned to pepsi - horrible I know. Watching those calories burned has got me eating a good healthy breakfast so I'm not snacking mid morning. I am not going cold turkey off the pepsi...I have tried that before and it does not go well. I'm cutting back on my soda drinking - yesterday I had 3 and drank I believe 3 glasses of water. It's a start!
For those who don't enjoy early morning...I am getting through it by enjoying my quiet time with something I don't normally make time for. I love listening to Audio Sancto, I always walk away with something worthwhile to have on my mind. I try to pick an Audio Sancto that lasts about 20 minutes, then for the last 10 minutes I listen to music. So far, the plan has gotten me through to day 3...
